Lincoln MKS

It's been confirmed that it'll have 340-hp? I didn't know that. Where have I been? Those are pretty good numbers. I wonder what type of fuel economy numbers it will produce?

In 2009, Ford first will introduce EcoBoost on the Lincoln MKS featuring a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V-6. It will produce the power and torque of a V-8 engine with the fuel efficiency of a V-6. In fact, with an estimated 340-horsepower and more than 340 lb.-ft. of torque, the Lincoln MKS will be the most powerful and fuel-efficient all-wheel-drive luxury sedan in the market.

So I was lookin on youtube at a vid of the MKS and the vid is from someone at Ford. They wrote that the MKS will have the twinforce with 340Hp & over 340 lb-ft torque. Can anyone confirm this.

Is it possible that that will be the debut ad? It seemed very much like something they would use as an ad, at least to me.

So EcoBoost is the new name for the former TwinForce. Sounds kinda stupid to me, but I guess it's named logically and gets the point across that it's eco-friendly and more fuel efficient while 'boosting' the engine w/ more performance.

I agree, doesn't sound as nice, but I think it will be better received.
