RichardJensen Posted December 8, 2005 Share Posted December 8, 2005 I'm of two minds on this one: On the one hand it makes sense to distinguish between areas that Ford employees can do something about, and things they can do very little about. On the other hand, so many complaints revolve around warranty issues, and that is a Ford Corporate problem, not a Ford franchise problem, so I don't know quite how to address it: Perhaps a Warranty Issues/Dealer Service thread? ...
