Thanks Doesn't matter - use a fluid exchanger to change the fluid through the cooler lines. That will get 95% of the old fluid out. Even if you drain the converter you won't get anywhere near that much out by dropping the pan. And you don't need to change the filter - if there is enough to clog it up the tranny is dead already.
