It sounds very similar to the former bargaining structure of Unit 2 at the Ohio Assembly Plant. Only our former chairman got an appointed job out of the whole deal. He thinks that's going to protect him and doesn't seem to care if the other guys get thrown under the bus. Just remember, you have to exhaust all internal remedies with this before you can really get the Feds involved. We go in front of the Public Review Board for oral arguments in September. The IEB will also do everything, including threaten you, in order to stall and try to wait you out. You may also have to go to Federal Court and get temporary restraining orders. It takes a long time for this process to work but as is evidenced by the link, it does eventually all come around. Theirs took from 1997 until now. Maybe we should feel lucky ours will only take a year and a half.
