Trimdingman
Gee....Glenn Beck posts here ....just as incoherently too. Black is white...new is old...right is left...help is hurt...socialism is fascism..... privatization of government services is good for people, not for the people who profit from it.....Hitler was a socialist because he stole a name from a small party.... It's called the BIG LIE........tell it often enough , even without facts to back it up and some people will believe it. It is not a BIG LIE. The BIG LIE is what you believe now. Belief is a dangerous thing. I do not believe anything. I look at the facts myself and draw my own conclusions from them. The right wing is small government. The left wing is big government. Socialism and Naziism and Fascism are big government, so they are on the left. There is no way they can be on the right. Search the internet. You will find that many thinking people share this view. I came to the conclusion independently, and then searched to see if there were any others who had thrown off the brainwashing. I found that there were many. You are the one who is the victim of the "big lie". The whole world was wrapped up in the idea of socialism during the 1930s. This led to World War II. It was socialist against socialist. Because we won the war, our socialism was considered to be better than Hitler's socialism. His socialism was too "right wing". We won the war partly by luck and partly because Hitler was a religious fanatic who believed that the voices he imagined that he heard from God were giving him better advice than his generals. It is quite possible that Germany could have acquired the atomic bomb first. The thing is that the war did not have to happen, and it probably would have been avoided if the whole world hadn't gone socialist. A good explanation here http://www.mediaite....history-lesson/ Enough explanation Cocheese? http://www.urbandict...p?term=cocheese Oh, you pulled my chain! Aces, by your logic, since some African-Americans have previously used the "N" word to describe themselves or each other, but now are offended by it, you are effectively encouraging and condoning others who use that "N" word! Everyone knows YOUR use of the word is intended to be the most derogatory and incendiary connotation. Once you know it offends, you continue to use it with a chuckle. Since the Tea Party movement IS a grass roots organization, no grand oversight and marketing research existed to identify such possible negative interpretations of their symbology. A few indivuals, undoubtedly innocently, started using a phrase without the counter-culture insight their opponents possessed. You know no one ever intended the alternative meaning when it was used then. Therefore, I challenge you to drop that usage. The "they used it on themselves first" argument does not apply. I envy the outgoing personalities of Jamaicans. I recognize genius, and I see a lot of it in the way many black people are able to instantly read people. It is probably a skill that was borne out of necessity. People use name calling when they can't win by debating. If they are really good at debating, and still can't win; that is because they are wrong. Name calling and making personal attacks to direct the debate away from the topic is a strong symptom that they are stone-walling to avoid facing the truth. Using the "T", word to describe members of the "Tea Party" movement, and throwing out accusations of racism, are examples of this. "If a man, alone, knows the truth, though no others believe him, his knowledge is still truth." FiredMotorCompany 2010 I am unimpressed with the public's opinion of what is the truth. Just because 4 billion people believe the world is flat does not make it true. Any attempt to correlate the "POPULAR" public opinion with the "Truth" is mob mentality. Lemmings behave the same way. Examples of Big Government: Nazi Germany, The U.S.S.R., The Roman Empire, Fascist Italy under Mussolini. You want the United States to follow the same path, even though it is now on the brink. FiredMotorCompany
It appears President Obama reads my posts here. Obama takes direct aim at anti-government rhetoric Obama hoped the graduates hearing his words can avoid cynicism and brush off the overheated noise of politics. In fact, he said, they should seek out opposing views. His advice: If you're a regular Glenn Beck listener, then check out the Huffington Post sometimes. If you read The New York Times editorial page the morning, then glance every now and then at The Wall Street Journal. "It may make your blood boil. Your mind may not be changed. Trimdingman
BECK SPEAKS! Thank you for quoting me. It helps to get the word out. The economy will soon be spiriling out of control. People like you will be lining up waiting for the government to save them. The rest will be using their own smarts to ensure their own survival. If the government can't feed you, rather than having you run amok, it will cage you behind barbed wire with guards armed with automatic weapons in case you try to escape. You will remain there until you die of disease or starvation. I would rather take my chances on the outside. This, in a nutshell, is the difference between capitalism and socialism, taken to the extreme.
