lampshade
We are hearing that Lima is doing a time study on the assy line. Is this being done by your own supervisors? Sounds like they have way too many salary and are wanting to cut hourly to make room for them. What were all the extra salary doing before they added them to the assy line to watch everyone? Hang on to what you have! Sounds like good times are coming. When will hourly get a chance to do a time study on salary? That wont happen since the hourly wouldn't have time since they are all working. Ford would have to hire some people for that! By the way Lima, what happened to the two low seniority people that were still working? Any of that situation change?

Looking for ways to save money and cut hourly jobs while our union representatives are defenseless. Bad situation to say the least.

995
remember just vote no from now on, if you need copies of the agreement call down town to region 1A and bother them over it, I hate to see the shit hitting the fan when they get 15-20 calls asking for copies of the agreement.. Someone will get their a** in a sling in that union office. Remember your plant chairman's are protecting your committee reps, ask them about it next time you see them all out at the bar laughing at your dumb A** while they are drinking beers while your at work sweating. Vote no and vote everyone out. It's going to come to a point and time when the IUAW leadership throws their hands down and says F*ck it, lets do a strike vote.. that is the only thing we need to vote yes on people!.. Think about it.. We are getting shafted now so many ways we don't know which way is up or down!.
