EcoBoost
My dealer told me Ford isn't offering a lease on the Fusion Hybrid. Does anybody know why? Thanks! :shades:
GvsuMRB
I don't know why, but I do know that if you go over 45 mph, you can kiss those 41 MPG goodbye. Hybrid is only good for city driving.

ITA. Can you believe a midsize car getting only 36 mpg the highway? How lousy is that.
akirby
My dealer told me Ford isn't offering a lease on the Fusion Hybrid. Does anybody know why? Thanks! :shades: Ford chooses not to lease a lot of vehicles - 2010 Mustangs e.g. It doesn't mean you can't lease one - you can go to the bank and lease any vehicle you want. Ford simply doesn't want the risk of miscalculating the residual value and ending up losing money when the car is returned and sold at auction. This is part of what got them into trouble a few years ago so they're gunshy.
dennisw
Sorry to bust all your bubbles but A Fusion Hybrid can achieve much better than 40 mpg on the highway, lets see your SE, SEL, or Sport get anywhere near that, I know it's sometimes hard to stomach making a bad car choice. Anyone getting a non hybrid Fusion made a big mistake.
2010SEL
Anyone getting a non hybrid Fusion made a big mistake. Not me. I needed the AWD and they don't make a Hybrid + AWD. Wish the did.
