True dealer invoice includes FDAF (advertising) which internet sites like kbb and edmunds do not include in their online dealer invoice pricing. Here is the price for a base Explorer XLT w/201a MSRP $31,190 X plan $29,931 If you add the dealer invoice price for the vista roof and 20" wheels you should be really really close.
