I'll be updating my system after work today. :D Hope this fixes a few quirks and flat out crashes/failures many of us have been experiencing. :happy feet: EDIT: Just got a follow-up call from the service manager. Just as point of reference I just got my focus a week ago and mines running 2.10 according to the website. Is there an easy way to check the version number on the unit itself? I also have the radio is on whenever I start the car thing. SYNC Version Gen2 - V2.10 BT4T-14D546-AN BT4T-14F496-AR SYNC compatible software BT4T-14F497-AN SYNC compatible software BT4T-14F500-AE BT4T-14F603-AN I suppose when people say there is a new update, perhaps it is that their version was simply not current and it is new to them.
