The post also said the automaker may lock out UAW- represented employees or use replacement workers to keep factories running. good luck running quality vehicles in assembly plants full of temps, not to mention no one to fix anything that goes down. they'd lose more money then if they just gave in some. What do you think will happen.....Mulally will just give everyone a raise so they keep working?? Mulally will not let Ford become uncompetitive!! A strike would hurt us more than it would hurt Ford. Replacement workers would be more than willing to do the job.....NO ONE IS IRREPLACEABLE!! And Replacement workers will be more then willing to do the job? so they're going to bring in inexperienced workers to run a billion dollar plant? riiiiiight.. This ain't the 80's, we have no support from the community, especially with unemployment where it is right now.
