If 51% of the membership can sign a petition to change the election laws, our leaders at the top can then be elected every contract. Lets take control of this boat before we sink like the Titanic. HE HAS ON RECORD THANKED JIMMY SETTLES FOR GETTING THIS CONTRACT DONE AND THEN TOLD HIS MEMBERS NOT TO SUPPORT IT. I agree 100%, something needs to change. As long as we have Union Representation that are willing to sell their soul to the company, for position, money etc. we will continue to lose ground. I will bet a paycheck that if its changed that all of our leaders and anybody in the IUAW will change their ways and fight for us again. Great idea,let's get it started, I guarantee it will pass and it won't be even close like these new contract votes. They can't strong arm us and use their scare tactics on us. LET'S DO IT!!!!!!!!!! If we don't change it now, they are going to sell us out and we all will be making 2nd tier wages. Keep bumping this so people can see this and get it out there.
