Pete
Is Ford Dearborn Assembly working today? And, how many shifts there? Edited February 20, 2012 by Pete
Pioneer
Dearborn Assembly closed back in 2004. Dearborn Truck, however, works 3 shifts, 7 days a week. The only time they are not producing trucks is Saturday night and Sunday morning.

KansasCityTruck
No, B-Crew at DTP don't get that day off! We already off on Monday, that's just another holiday we lose because our day off falls on a Monday! you're right, but you still get the pay for it. so you get 48 hrs for the week. so in reality.....you didn't "lose" your holiday. Fatso
you're right, but you still get the pay for it. so you get 48 hrs for the week. so in reality.....you didn't "lose" your holiday. Trades at DTP are routinely forced to work the holidays if they fall on their work schedule. We are payed 250% times the mandatory 12 hours, not holiday pay,and we are unable to convert the hours to future time off so,,,,where is my holiday?Furthermore with all the nickle and dime give-backs, like working mid-nights for 5% shift premium and mandatory Saturdays and Sundays for time and a quarter, I paid for my own holiday.I just gotta say it,FEAR THE MOA!!!!!!!!!!
