morepie
Don't forget the perks such as parking perks, access to other plants, and any days off they need are always approved no questions asked. They are also allowed to look up your personal information/record on their computers and they also have access to putting in your hours for pay. (of course they won't admit that). They get access to driving carts and a radio so this makes them more powerful then the President of these United States!.... lol and HAVE MORE PIE Edited March 16, 2012 by morepie

morepie
They can also switch the break cables on your axle before it gets sent over to Truck and say you put the wrong part on, even tho your work station has electronic 100% error proofing so that you don't pull out the wrong cable, the team leader hates you, he can set you up and try to claim you sabotaged the line, and with no real proof photographs, or statements the company will believe them and try and bring you to HR for sabotage. This happened to a friend of mine, he had to own them in HR in front of a "sit there and be quiet" union committee person and they sent him back to the line cause they got owned. Watch out with these team leaders, the company is paying them more to be a MOLE for the workers and that's all it comes down too.
