Intelligent Access ?

One of the Escape Promo videos says if you go to the beach, you can lock your Intelligent fob in the vehicle and use the Keyless Entry Keypad to lock (overriding the Smart Unlock feature) and when you return, unlock the vehicle.

What I don't read or see is, "Is that keyfob then disabled (from all proximity activity) until you either unlock via KEK, or a different fob? I think so, but would lie to read it.

Yes - IA is disabled until you unlock the vehicle with the keypad.
