4rd4life Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 KCAP just recently got a new superintendent for MP&L that came from Dearborn the guy's name is Don Cox, he has been here since the week before shutdown, not well liked here, what was he like there. There are multiple plants in the Rouge not from DTP and I have not heard the name from DSP but I'm not in there as much as DTP. What was he like there, he came down here acting like he's a god not knowing pmhv rules telling everyone their doing things wrong, and trying to change everything, the future not looking to good for him around here. Hell I was like that when I went to my new plant. You get certain rules etched in your brain from your previous home. He is human. And yes change sux and most of us know it.
