nobracket
The 2 keys are different, my wife found out today. She went a whole year before needing to change the oil, and the system was not reset. Two months after the oil was changed the "Oil needs changing warning" came on the display. So the car was taken back to the dealer and was reset...but the display looked different. It seems that with the FIRST key you can set (among other things) the max speed, but with the SECOND key you cannot unset. Have we got that correct or can we find the correct answer in the manual (where) thanks.
akirby
Sounds like you've set one up as a MyKey. Look for the instructions in the owner's manual to reset the oil monitor and to wipe out the Mykey settings (turn off MyKey).
Escapism
I had my oil changed at the dealer and my oil monitoring came on a couple months later. So the dealer didn't reset it. Big surprise there. Yes, one of your key FOBs is an administrator key. Using this key, you can reset everything. The manual is your best resource, because these keys can do so much.
