This likely means that soon, Ford and the rest of the Big 3 will have it. To put it simply, FMC will supply healthcare for you, and you only. Your all wrong, your family is covered but if your spouse can get insurance through there employer then they won't cover your spouse, the spouse must take the insurance from there own employer.
