wellandford
I have a 2001 F150 XLT - 4.6L 2WD - with 233,000 miles - body is in excellent shape - no rust, have kept up all maintenance - any idea what a person could sell it for? akirby
www.kbb.com www.nada.com autotrader.com craigslist.com Based on my recent searches for a cheap truck (no such thing btw) I'd guess $10K - $15K.
Ron W.
A13 year old 2wd with over 200k miles, $2500.oo to 3k would be more realistic. And that's if every thing works,

And that's if every thing works, You obviously have not priced older pickup trucks recently. I tried to find a 2004 and those are in the $16K - $20K neighborhood even with 150K miles. akirby
Looks like a big dropoff with the older body style pre-2004. I'm seeing $4K - $6K for 2001s with less mileage so Ron is closer but still a little low.
Ron W.
Well I went to craigslist bay area cars and trucks by owner only, typed in 2001 F150 2wd and got two hits. One was a Harley edition, here's the other http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/4679518324.html $7000.oo bi-fuel 44k miles
wellandford
Thanks everyone for the input - looks like we have a range - in our market I would tend to agree with the $2K - $4K. Thanks again.
