edgy
You can build your 2016 Edge at Ford's website. New features are listed within the Sport as shown on the prior released order guide on this message board. Sync 3, Heated steering wheel, Adaptive steering, and new colors. HP and torque are still listed at 315 and 350. Not sure why Cars.com is quoting 335 HP and 380 Lbs Torque?
akirby
Not sure why Cars.com is quoting 335 HP and 380 Lbs Torque? Those are the MKX 2.7LEB specs.
fuzzymoomoo
I would highly recommend getting the heated steering wheel if you live anywhere that gets cold.
davidceder
Really disappointed. No power tilt/telescoping steering wheel on the Sport in 2016 (2015 either). Bummer. Ford site states Manual and the Drivers package doesn't have it as the Titanium does. What would they omit it on their highest level car? I just don't get it...... akirby
The 2016 Edge order guide says power tilt/telescoping wheel with memory is standard.
davidceder
Just had an on-line chat with Ford and it is indeed standard. Fords Response= I appreciate your patience. The Driver's Package for our Edge Sport has been deleted for the 2016 Edge. We now offer our Power Tilt/Telescoping Steering Column with Memory as a standard options for the Sport. I let them know that their web site stated "Manual" and NOWHERE did it state (that I could find) the Power as standard on the Sport. On the Titanium it is part of the Driver Package. So good news for me, I really want that feature.
akirby
The website actually says it's optional under model by model features. That should be changed to Standard.
edgy
Yeah, I figured that was the case.
davidceder
You are quite correct. Thanks for pointing that out.
