Chevy or Gm man

Got this  good condition 2008 Edge free from a relative who didn't trust it anymore and didn't want to put any money in it. So with my free labor and about $1k in parts its a decent running car.  Thermostat, plugs, rear brakes and bearings, tranny cooler, oil, filters and windshield. Joined this forum as I'm now troubleshooting the A/C and am sure theres gonna be more Ford specific fixes in the future.  Impressed with the smooth tranny.. Back in the "olden days" 50s,60sand 70s there was a big difference between the brands, especially styling. I liked Chevy and Gm, Now you have to look for the Logos to tell the Fords from the Chevys and Kias.
