bobbyo_85712@yahoo.com
My parents are lucky to be alive. They were driving a 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty KingRanch 4WD 6.7L towing a 5th wheel. The truck was beautiful with only 17,000 miles. While driving low fuel pressure warning comes on while on an overpass, so they could not pull over. Once they get over the overpass they pull over in a pull-out. Flames are already coming out from the hood. Dad tries to get the fire extinguisher out of the trailer, but too late had to back out. Fire took the 5th wheel also. Does anyone know possible causes?

RubenZ
This is very common with the diesel because Ford designed the fuel filter cap poorly. Anyone who owns a 6.7 should immediately purchase any of the aftermarket 6.7 fuel filter caps on the market. The factory plastic ones crack and spray fuel all over the engine compartment eventually catching fire if hot enough.
