LarryD
Truck ordered F350 CCSB, 160”,platinum trim, 5th wheel, 6.7, clearance lights, 3.55 elec, Ordered April 30. Received conf. email from Ford. Went to dealership in early June to give info for COVP. Dealership did not want a deposit. Dealership told me if shows “Unscheduled Clean”. What does that mean to me? I’m going there Thursday for service on our other vehicle and don’t know what to ask. Does this mean I/they have done everything. COVP approved? Priority? Any help would be appreciated. mattdm
It means your order is in the order bank waiting for the factory to pick it up. There are many factors that play into how soon that will be; some of which remain a mystery to even dealers, but the factory hasnt been scheduling any super duty orders since July 16th. They are supposed to start again this week. Edited August 10, 2021 by mattdm
heavyd
My dealer told me that means it is in Ford’s system and the order is acceptable. Clean means no errors in the order, such as, a Tremor with chrome wheels which is not a valid selection. DwightVA
F350 XLT ordered May 3rd. I've been told that my order is "Unscheduled clean" should I still ask if it is COVP approved or does clean mean that it is already COVP approved?
