Fingerlakes
What are you dually owners using for rear mud flaps?
rick johnson nm
My dealer was required to install new flaps upon delivery of my new dually. They have the dealer's Logo, of course. They work fine. If you are thinking replacements, I ordered off the internet to replace failing flaps on a previous truck. Lot of choices but I don't remember what brand I bought. Fingerlakes
That's interesting. What state are you in? Maybe mine will be required to install them too- I'm going to push them to do that.
gnwes
I prefer duraflaps, personally. Well made and decent price
Pizzaguy
I have had Weather Tech no drill on my 2017 dually since new with no problems at all in 5 years.
Fingerlakes
I decided to go with the Duraflaps. All ordered and on the way. Thanks for responses.

Do you not like the "factory" installed mud flaps?

Only front ones available and I'm not sure I'm going to like them. From what I've seen they're pretty small.
cjrazus1
I appreciate that. I just ordered my first DRW and I was wondering myself about the mudflaps as I'm new to the DRW world. Good info.
Fingerlakes
I'm pretty sure you can get factory rear flaps on a F350, just not on a F450 for some crazy reason.
NextLevel
I’m gonna go with duraflaps also.
Lab Cab
I have had Duraflaps on my last 3 Superduties and will order them for my 2022. Best mud flaps I have found. I order the long ones to protect my boat and trailer better.

My 450 Platinum can get rear mud flaps as an option at no extra charge. I'm getting them even though I'm not sure how good they are. If they're cheesy, I'll buy aftermarket. Fingerlakes
Not an option on our plain ole XLT. Just the front ones and they are a little small but we'll see how good they work before I change them out. The Duraflaps came in and they are quite "substantial" in size and construction. I will get them on it this weekend.
Gadget
Call me crazy but I actually like the OEMs. They are sturdy and at a great height. What's funny is I ordered them and Ford thre in an extra set that was delivered with the truck. Edited September 3, 2021 by Gadget
DMBKaren41
This was what was installed on ours when we picked it up. We selected the rear splash guards on the build which apparently cost nothing. I don't know if different dealers install different ones or how it works, but we thought these looked nice enough! Fingerlakes
Glad you folks got rear flaps from the factory. On the build sheet/order guide I was given by our dealer it clearly said rear mud flaps and rear wheel well liners N/A on F450 but fronts were available. Maybe I missed something, but I looked at those order guides alot and read every line. I got the factory front ones and ordered/installed Duraflaps on the rear. Oh well, the Duraflaps are pretty nice anyway. Too late now.
