GRAPP Posted February 20, 2022 Share Posted February 20, 2022 I'm soo annoyed with Fords vehicle tracking site. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I ordered a 22 Premium GT (Mustang) convertible on 10/25/21. I cannot track my vehicle at all on this site! I have to get updates from dealer and the ETA has change 3 times! You would think someone in the IT Dept who developed (or not) would be held accountable for this incompetence! Even if you call customer service they have no freaking clue! What is the point of having a customer tracking site when the damn thing doesn't work! I spend 64K on this car (paid) and I cannot get ANY information from Ford. I have to contact me dealer and have the salesman run a report. All they get is blurry updates. CAN SOMEONE FROM FORD STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON? The dealer has 24/7 access to order status and it’s their job to keep you updated. Supply chain issues are causing issues the tracking system wasn’t designed to handle. It has not been right EVER! It's an IT issue and in today's society nobodys held accountable. Upper management get your sh*t together and get this fixed!
