Nothing new here...watch Goldfinger, Thunderball, Her Majesty's Secret Service and Diamonds Are Forever from the 1960s and early 1970s. There are lots of Ford vehicles in those James Bond films.

 

I remember as a kid being very impressed by the 1963 Lincoln Continental that was crushed in Goldfinger. Of course, now I realize that the crushed Lincoln (along with the gold bars and the unfortunate person who was crushed with the car) should have blown out the tires and buckled the bed of the 1964 Falcon Ranchero when it was released from the magnetic crane. But that's showbiz...

Aren't movies great? A Lincoln Continental weighed about 5700 lbs plus the Gold bars and the Falcon Ranchero weighed about 3500. I remember that Felix Lighter drove a '64 T-Bird convertible in Goldfinger and Blovelt drove a '65 in a later Bond movie the name of which escapes me.
