2023 Explorer ST

Hello all,

I am really enjoying my new daily driver, the Explorer ST.  I would like to hear about any experiences you may have had with performance upgrades out in the real world.  I have seen a lot of cat back exhaust videos on YouTube and apparently Steeda has a upgraded intercooler.  I don't plan on any modifications in the immediate future, but I think there's a lot of untapped potential in the ST, and the exhaust is a great start.  Speaking of which, does it really pipe in artificial exhaust sounds into the cabin?  If so that is a very disappointing engineering cop-out, and when one buys a performance vehicle form should follow function, talking about the fake exhaust tips.  I do love my Explorer though.

Skip the intake and exhaust upgrades and just get a tune with 93 octane.  By far the biggest bang for your buck.
