Rob I just tested the source file, which is good, and uploaded it as a new file but the file is still getting corrupted somehow at the site. I just found the same issue (0kb file size) with the 2025 Lincoln Aviator Order Guide. A few other order guides I tested downloaded correctly. I've tried several methods to resave the 2025 Explorer Order Guide with different specifications. Every version opens fine except when the file is uploaded to the Dealer Order Guides section which generates an error notice.
