im almost willing to bet that Nick had very little to do if not nothing to do with us getting a new product. By the way, if Nick is so great then why dont we have a Local Contract yet? How much longer are we going to go before we DO have one. It seems this guy has NO negotiating skills, meaning if he doesnt get what he asks for then the discussions/negotiations are off. We need Jerry in there NOW!! Love him or hate him he is the man for the job. Mary, thanks once again for the meeting notes. I wonder why the company would want to get rid of tag relief? I know that would help their rebalnce/manpower issues but it would take more hours to make production. Doesnt make sense, not that anything does around here. Also, exactly what kind of work are they trying to add to the group leaders?
