GM must reduce debt by 67% by march 31. No job bank and UAW MUST take same work rules and same pay as Toyota by dec 31 09 ! Basicly this is a out of court pre packaged bankruptcy.. exactly! Cerberus doesnt give a shit if they make another car.... Ford does....Cerberus buys financials like GMAC and they wanted Chrysler financial so bad that they bought the whole company and took all of the cash it had and hoarded it,and now they ran that company into the ground.... Again name 1 good car they have in the pipeline...NONE They want $7 bills to cover what they paid for it. Hedge funds are what fucked up the stocj market and our ecomony, they wanted quick returns and now they get what they sewed..... The govt should just take Chrysler from them and sell it because those jokers do not know anything about the car business....

Chrysler is a PRIVATE company.. there is a big difference here..... There owned by a hedge fund worth HUNDREDS of BILLIONS od dollars..... They got the cash to fund it its just that they know its a loosing entity so they dont want to invest anymore in it they would rather go bankrupt then put more cash in it. They bought it for 7% of there funds cash for $7 billion. Meaning there fund was worth over $100 billion.. They bought GMAC also. The only way they could get the Chrysler financial was to buy the whole company now there stuck!! Private companies keep ALL the profit and they dont have to show there books like GM does.. It would be like if ford had $90 billion in the bank and then not put anymore cash into Lincoln/Mercury and then asking the govt to help Lincoln/Mercury only. Thats what Cerberus is doing.......

WRONG.. go look at Chryslers lot and tell me which car is better then fords models........ There lineup does not compete well with ford or GM/Toyota ect..... F150 or Ram?................. f150 wins Mustang or Charger??.......please we know the answer Evan or dodge van............Ford wins Cherokee or Explorer........Ford wins Durango or Expedition ......ford Escape or Liberty...............ford Caravan is the only good thing they have over ford, or GM for that matter.

They are FOREIGN companies paying taxes to Germany and Japan not the USA........... Maybe them workers should stop bending over and demand at least $28 an hour with good benefits and stop letting these companies come here and fucking up americas pay scale.... They wont and dont deserve SHIT from the US tax payers.... Make those companies first change to American companies paying american corporate taxes then maybe!!!

They got LOTS of cash. I say let them match what the govt gives them or they should get nothing....

GM said they are not in any way talking to Chrysler. All that talk was a rumor go read GM's official statement.

Bill Ford is very smart. He drives rivals cars to see what they got. He also admitted it because he has driven those cars and if he would of said no then we all know some reporter would post a picture of him driving a GM or Toyota and then you got a scandal. Billy didnt fall for that one!

This aint shit!!!YET!!!! If GM goes belly up I'd bet all foreign cars in Michigan will get vandalized and people driving them will need some added security also!!!!
