Sounds like DTP runs a whole different system than what we have. Are leaders all have 20+ years. They put gloves and aprons out, fill up stock boxes, give people washrooms, and fill in if someone goes to medical. Leaders do have radios, but they aren't in charge of anything. As far as canvassing overtime, that is the foremans job. The leaders may pick up some repairs as well, depending on how motivated they are. As far as attendance, work evaluation etc, salaried work. As for shutdown, it goes with seniority.
