What I don't get is the fact they are bringing in people left and right, about 240 since January, and we don't have any new work. The 4.6 is going away later next year, and if you think the 6.2 is going to carry the plant you got another thing coming.

Yes we are running. Not at 100% but enough to meet schedule.

as of monday night the crank dept. is running. Day shift built about 700 while afternoons built about 800. we should be in good shape by the end of the week.

Over shut down alot of changes where made to the crank dept. to speed up the process. Well lets just say it didn't work out vary well. By Wednesday we had no cranks left, we where sent home early on Thursday, and told we are on call until they can get the problem resolved.

Well, start times are 7:00 am for 2nd shift, 3:30 for 3rd shift. Working conditions are good, union is useless as tits on a boar hog. We just got a new plant manager, many of you might know her, Shaun Whitehead. HELP. I won't bother you with all the rumors but I will tell you that tensions are rising. Lets face it, we are building an engine that is losing demand by the day. So, anybody transferring here, well good luck.

First I bought a 2004 Thunderbird, no problems yet. My wife has a Fusion, no problems yet. My father has a 2000 F-150, no problems yet. My cousin has a 1996 F-150, 1994 T-bird AND NO PROBLEMS YET. My brother has a 2006 Mustang, no problems yet. So whats your point. You don't have one. Ford sells millions of cars every year. More then precious Toyota. The few you complained about show nothing. To the Ford bashers let me say this, KNOCK IT OFF ALREADY!!!
