Where have you been? Ford already have the upper hand, they own the company, possess, have the power, do you understand? Concessions DO NOT save jobs, all future closure is a done deal, no matter how we vote...my vote is NO!!!

No fool here! My vote was NO for the last concessions. Voting yes for concessions DON'T save jobs, you will see more layoff. I see you have a hard time understanding "once again" concessions DO NOT save jobs.

I don't care how you vote but you are wrong, concessions DO NOT save jobs. Just ask all the ex-uaw members that worked at closed plants. We been giving up concessions for many, many years now and still losing more jobs, go figure!! How many employees did Ford have when you started? How many do they have now? I clearly understand they had to cut back but lots of our American vehicles and parts are built in other countries.

I know it's based on GDP. I just hope the experts don't think they can build vehicles better then the auto workers. I don't believe everything they say but I do think they know their Jobs better then we do.

I have a perfect attendance record, I'm also a good steward with my money. You are wrong for coming on this forum bashing people about their opinions...The union is dead wrong for coming back to the members asking for more concessions. When you write, post and give your opinion about Obama and how America is recovering, all the haters comes out because they want to see our country fail, they are wrong! You're still listing to the experts, they're the reason why we are in this mess!! All the lies they told about what was going on with big Bankers and Wall street. I think some of us know things will get better but it won't be because the experts told us. You and others can sugarcoat this new 2009 contract all you want but the bottom line is that alot of Ford employees will be out of a job once this is all over with!!
