So it seems to be at minimum the 2021MY has been delayed a month. Any one have further intel? Does anyone know when they were expecting to launch the truck publicly prior to the mess going on now?

With the MY2021 order bank opening 5/11/20, when can we expect to see order guides? I would expect a public announcement very soon too. Any info?

With the new pics out the last few days, looks like it will age front object sensors. I’m curious about the dual rooftop boxes....obviously one would be for sat radio.

I’ve got the auto stop eliminator. Super easy install, great little device. You can still use the auto stop if you want, but if not, it just keeps the off button off until you press it on again. Great little invention.

Not totally true on the alternators, the extra heavy duty one is also an option for Rapid Heat. In my experience though, rapid heat was barely noticeable.

I'd like to see HID lights. After having them in a Raptor, nothing compares. I'd ilso like the larger fuel tank in the shortbed cc diesel. Maybe a refresh of the premium audio. It hasn't sounded as good since the 08's with Audiophile

I will say I had a delayed '11 when they were coming out of the gate in '10, back then it was a front end alignment issue. KTP had trucks parked everywhere, including rented space offsite. You could drive by and see hundreds of trucks waiting repair. I will say the people did an excellent job in building and repairs, that truck was flawless. I know it sucks to wait, heck I'm waiting too, but they will get these things built and shipped quick. I think they can do 1,500 trucks a day. You don't have to worry about issues, your truck will arrive in top shape. The one thing that made me mad though, was dealer stock arriving before mine...not sure how that all works, but trust me, all your problems seem to go away when you are driving it off the lot.

Whats this about body damage?? First I have heard of it??

I have heard it was en electronic module, not a transfer case... and that it was an inventory issue not a backruptcy.. But my info could be old news too...

My question is, why is dealer stock showing up before sold units? If the line is slow or shut down, are the shipping people working full steam to move these truck sitting around KTP, LAP, and the Louisville area?? In regards to repairs, they have had 3 that I am aware of, a thermostat issue, an oil cooler leak issue, and a steering gear/sector arm shaft nut issue.

Thanks Hugh for the detailed update, and a big shout out and thanks to the other Ford guys for the info as well. Thats one reason Ford is dang awesome, their people care !! I cant wait for my '11 to be built, and these forums and the Ford employees make the wait as good as it can be. :D

There wont be any incentives for a while. The most you could hope for would be promotional financing. If you want good incentives, go snag a 2010. My '11 truck came in just under 54k with a MSRP of just over 58k

Congrats. The order number means its been added to the order bank. The real magic happens when you get issued a VIN. When that happens your dealer will be able to see on his computer.
