The question was asked if Kentucky had this , how many would really be Union? The example I will give was UAW-Ford Local 882 when they had 2400 at Atlanta Assembly and almost 400 at Atlanta Parts Distribution Center. Total Non-Union people was a steady 5.

I made a mistake, I found out last night that itwas an adjustment payroll made from when I was on vacation and in no way was it an intentional lie! Some people on here are awfully quick to call people name before that know the whole facts!

I got mine in my direct deposit today.

Usually we get the contract books in the following spring.

I just recieved notice last night at work that it will be paid out November 4th. No word on the Profit sharing, although highlights state in November.

At Evansville HVC, We are being told three weeks from this Friday which would make it November 11th, this is so they can combine the Signing Bonus & Profit sharing into one check! :happy feet: :hyper: :blah: :reading:

I just picked up 5 presciption from Walgreens in Indiana and the co-pays were the same as always, $15.00 per 30 day supply. Oddly enough the co-pay for 30 Hydrocodone was only $5.00?I also have Humana.

It's still a long process. The Local Chairman have to be called to Detroit and vote on acceptance as members of the National Ford Dept. of the UAW, then there is the Regional meeting in Indy were more explaination is given, then there is the local meeting where the highlights are given to the membership a few days before we vote on the "Highlights", then months later we get a copy of the real contract! :blah:

The way I read it, was that Ford hasn't gotten to the economical issues yet as opposed to GM which has been discussing wages & retirement all a long. Until we get the final contract to vote on, it's all speculation on our part. :fan:

Some needs to go back and read all the steps of placement of hierarchy as described in volume 1. All vacancies were not filled as stated.

Only those at Plants with layoffs had chances, not everyone. There is quite a few out there that would like to transfer. At CAP last yr they had several offerings, one for plants that had layoffs and then later, a second general offering, where everyone in the system got to put in for a transfer. It's governed by your contact, don't take my word....look it up.
