    I found this confusing on a test drive but once I figured it out, was no problem. These new vehicles have so many electronic features and gadgets these days that they should hold a class at the dealership! (just kidding)

    I ordered the blind spot system because I didn't like the fish-eye mirrors. Anyone have experience with this feature?

    Have the lift gate window open on the Explorer like the Escape. It is really handy when you have a long piece of lumber, etc that won't fit.

    Also, what mode would you use for deep snow where you want all four wheels to keep momentum. The Snow mode seems to indicate for snow covered roads..not deep snow that I get when in VT. THanks

    In Normal mode does it shift power from front to back or to non slipping wheels or do you have to be in one of the other modes?

    Also, I take it the rear window doesn't open? BIg mistake. I wonder why they did that?

    Can the power lift-gate be operated manually? There are times when you have something that doesn't quite fit, like a piece of lumber that you want to have stick out the back and tie down the lift gate so I would want to open / close it manually.

    Does anyone know if your vehicle is built after the TSB date whether the fixes are in your truck?

    Do you handle problems like this like any other software you purchase on a PC. In other words, go to a web site and download fixes and upgrades or does the dealer do it?

    Is the receiver 2" or the smaller 1.25"? I have a bike rack that is 2". Do they make adapters?
