What a bunch of BS! Amazing how when it's someone else's (taxpayers) money, all they are worried about is the political fallout from bailing Government Motors out of bankruptcy. Never mind the fact that we will be LOSING OUR ASS! The damage is done, why not wait and see what an improving economy will do (not just sell out as soon as the IPO allows)? Let me just say.. I had it on my 2010 FX4, and I did not order it for my 2011 f150. In my opinion, not worth the extra money and the subwoofer takes up floor space in the rear. I was expecting MUCH better.

Correct.. And there in lies another problem.. The extreme opposition to building new refineries in the US because of environmental and the "not in my backyard" attitude only contribute to the supply problem (the last new refinery built in the US was 1976).

Hello.. From what you stated in your post, I'm under the impression that you may not be informed as to how the order process works. I actually decided to take my business elsewhere because of the same situation of the dealer saying they would order me a truck as a stock order. The reason that the dealer wants you to let him order a truck as "stock" is because if you place a "retail" order (truck is built as a sold unit), those orders generally take precedence over the stock order and are built first. Another advantage of placing a retail order is that Ford has an incentive protection program that enables you to either take the incentives that are available at the time of order, or if better, you can take the incentives that are available upon delivery. But, some things such as the coupon you mentioned are not protected. I have also heard that if you call Ford customer service, alot of times they will send you the coupon. Just don't let them fool you into thinking that they are helping you out by placing a "stock" order.

As far as the looks of the cars, I do think that the Nationwide series cars are much better. In my opinion, they do resemble their production counterparts much more than the Sprint Cup cars.

All I can say is that there is more to the half-ton diesel non existence than we know. Surely the manufacturers know that they would sell like hotcakes! I am just hoping that they don't come out for a few more years, so that the lease on my ecoboost will be up.
