  1. I never really cared for the 2010-2012, but in my opinion, and what I seem to notice on most Mustang forums and community I visit, the 2013 is one of the most loved and appraised looks by the majority in a long time.
  2. I had a little batmobile toy when I was young that looked just like that.
  3. What do we know? It might become Hollywood's next poser car. Hey, their Escalade ain't politically relevant now!
  4. It looks like a closer to production of what the Tonka and Super Chief concept could looks.. I like it, clean and bold! Does it represent a future F150 or Super Duty?
  5. Cadillac Gallardo. Yeah, getting a bit tired of the design also...
  6. It's sure a 100 000$ 20' long Continental with suicide doors and a clamshell hood revealing the GT500's 5.8L engine would save Lincoln, double Ford's profit and bring back both Mercury and Edsel. Maybe even Meteor for us in Canada.
  7. Please leak us something... A picture of a wheel stud at least!
  8. Don't say that, you'll encourage the Jalopnik's and TTAC's trolls. They found a way to say the MKC looked too much like an Escape already and that it ain't RWD enough to save the brand.
  9. Yes. And the 'reactor's tailights looks weird on the slab-sided sedan. The slab-side looked better on a longer car too!
  10. Same here... When is Ford supposed to reveal their stuff?
  11. I like how they ask owner of previous Town Car not to burn their old Lincoln to get a new one from the insurance.
  12. And the wheels in the model you've shown could've been taken of a tarted up Dart or Journey. The interior shown on Autoblog.com looks surprisingly good however, way better than the '13 Long Horn a friend's father bought the other day. Speaking of Dart's, the local dealer is still stuck with the two first (and only) one they received. An orange one and a bleached grabber blue one. Back on the headlights, here's what comes to my mind when I see that: At least the Ford/Lincoln's offering have turbos which could be fed by such intake haha...
  13. At least on the Edge it didn't looked filled with a plastic piece. What I hate of the new GC is that it looks like they just tried to fit 300's headlights in the previous headlights holes.
  14. Hi! I've been following this forum for 5 years easily and never registered! I'm 19 so it tells you a lot about my interest in Ford and their products... Anyway, I have a '11 Ranger Sport and a '92 LX 5.0 with it's original paint. My grand-father sold Ford for over 40 years and my uncles will be celebrating his 40th years of sales this year. Guess we can say we're a Ford family! Here are the 'things':
  15. Nice! Around here MKX are selling crazy! We don't have a local Lincoln dealership (closest is 2h30 away), but my father's working as a salesman for a used car dealership who prefer to buy their car from manufacturer auction that have low mileage and still a warranty. I'd say Edge Sport and MKX counts for 30% of their sales. Heck, the boss who always drove Infinity SUV bought a slightly used X5 for his himselft and his wife. He sent it to the BMW dealer for maintenance (again 2h30 away) and took an Edge Limited on the lot for a couples of days. Well, when the BMW came back it ended on the lot. He's the kind of guy with money, but who think before buying. As he said 'Where's the 20 000$ difference?''. Those are the kind of buyer Lincoln will reach. The one who sees there's little more for the money.
  16. Well.. People says a more 'svelte' looking pickup truck is a bad thing... We all remember what happened when Ford tried that in '97. Heck, I was five at the time and all I can remember is everyone around town had Super Cab two-tone XLTs. Then in 2001 all of them switched to Lariat Super Crews. Same thing happened in 2011 with Ecoboost. Most trucks running around here have the offset licence plate! I think we under-estimate the ability of traditional truck buyers to accept new things/technology if it's good for them.
  17. A little bit too much 'batmobile' with all those scoops.. But looks nice!
  18. Nice stance. I like the aluminium/chrome trim breaking the line between the plastic cladding and the paint.
  19. Doesn't look half-bad... Front is like an angular version of the '13 Viper. The rear ain't Corvette enough, no matter how much they say it's a Stingray hommage.
  20. Nice little SUV! Glad to see Lincoln's new designers found a way to keep the grille and blend it without looking like a whale. I hope to see some kind of full-width MKZ style tail lamps. Is this the concept version or production? I believe the chrome 'framed' (I hope you understand what I mean) front seats won't survive into production. It looks cool, I like the interior!
