  1. The door sticker is the legal one
  2. The factory bed liner has been working great for me
  3. Reception is about the same as my last superduty a 2015 not great but not bad eitger
  4. Not to sound to simple but there must be a draw on the battery. Did they check for anything drawing down the battery or just replace it.
  5. I have added airbags so the truck still sits level when I have the 5th wheel attached otherwise it would be to low.
  6. Well I lowered the new truck on the weekend and put air bags in it, I like the way it sits much better. The truck box rails now sit at the same height as my old 2017 this coming weekend I am going to hitch up to the 5th wheel and see where I am. The hitch is sitting about 1.5" lower below the rails then it was in the 2015. I think I will 1.5" less of box rail to 5th wheel clearance so I should be right @ 6" I was at 7.5" before.

  9. I have what some people call clear bra on my front and rear bumpers it helps a lot. But yes the chrome is more durable then the painted bumpers.
  10. Not sure if these are the ones you are looking for (6C3Z-5598-A) they are 1 7/8" tall.
  11. 2017 F-series S/D Vin# 1FT8W3BT8HED02239 Sorry I had the date confused and missed that rule. Thanks in advance Tim
  12. Well spend some time at the dealership finally and measured another Platinum SRW F-350 and found that the bed rail height (measured from the ground at the center of the rear wheel to the bed rail) between my 2015 and the 2017 is the same, within 1/2' but the bed floor is 1.5" lower. So this should work for me ok as I have almost 8" of clearance between my bed rail and the bottom of my 5th wheel. Will be curious how yours works out.
  13. I will be glad to let you know, also I have always had air bags in the rear of the trucks. Also still not sure if I am going to go with lowering blocks for the rear.
  14. Closer to 3k pin weight and have done it now for a few years with my previous trucks and they towed it fine but if I went any bigger I think I might have problem.
  15. I am right at the limit of a single srw with our 37' 5th wheel. It weighs about 16000lbs loaded, pin weight is the issue. I travel a lot of gravel roads and the last dually I had was awful.
  16. Yes I had to that with our last truck. Our trailers keep getting bigger, part of me thinks I should have got a dually this time or at least a long box, I hate a dually.
  17. My problem is going to be putting the mileage on the truck before I have to tow with it.
  18. Well if I could send it to you I would, the snow that is. Looks like you will getting yours before I get mine. I am expecting a delivery date of sometime after March 23.
  19. Well it is snowing here and I just took our trailer in to have the front and rear caps re-painted. So no camping for a few more weeks here.
  20. fordmantpw just for your reference I received my window sticker today.
