  1. Just curious, is this the VVR screen? Thanks!
  2. On my way from TN to IN. Just had to stop and get some pics of where the new truck will be born! Unfortunately they aren't doing plant tours (something about a pandemic?), but the plant looks to be in full operation! Parking lot's full! Man! This place is huge! BTW, saw several semi transport trucks loaded with SD's headed east and south.
  3. The Bak Revolver is a great tonneau! Had one on a Ram 1500 for years. You'll like it. ?
  4. Thank you Ice-capades! According to the employee that moderates the "Vehicle Locator by Ford Employees" thread, I've got a VIN, and am "Scheduled to Day (Jul-19-2021)"... Fingers crossed that it holds!
  5. I'm sure you're probably aware that there are many more modules in a Ford truck than "The" module in your Polaris. Many modules, each with likely multiple chipsets. As Ice-capades stated, Ford is working diligently to deliver us our trucks. Try to focus on the day that your dealer calls you to "Come pick her up!" That's how I'm trying to think about it anyway... It'll be worth it! ?
  6. Cool! Another Tennessee truck! I'm Also scheduled "To Day" for 7/19. My dealer is 3-1/2 hours from the KTP, so I'm hoping for a much faster than average transit time.
  7. Have your dealer provide you with a copy of the Vehicle Visibility Report for your VIN#. Far more up to date and reliable status than provided by the marketing group.
  8. Thank you Cyberdman! I appreciate your effort.
  9. Sales Code: F23348 Order Code: L00H Thank you so much!!
  10. I've wondered if fully optioned trucks, during this commodity "challenged" time that these manufacturers find themselves in, have more potential for delays in scheduling than say, a moderately optioned truck would?....
  11. I also ordered an F-350 Lariat, albeit a '22. I've had Chevys, too. I currently drive a Fiat (Ram 1500) ?, and I'm really looking forward to my first (personally owned) Ford truck. I put 100's of thousands of miles on Ford work trucks. Having spent 30+ years in the trades, I rarely saw a non-Ford work truck. This situation that Ford finds themselves in is not limited to Ford only, it's just our focus. There are a ton of factors in this logistical nightmare they find themselves in, a "Perfect Storm" of awe SH*T!. I think you'll see your '21 soon enough, and I wouldn't give up on it just yet. There may likely even be completed '22s shipping as yours ships, it's just how it might work out. Those that are saying 6 months to a year, "Come on Man!" There's too much at stake as an auto manufacturer for Ford to let that happen.
  12. I'm sure the OP appreciates that helpful comment.
  13. I can also confirm this new requirement. I just provided my dealer with a copy of my driver's license and a signed buyers order today, per his request.
  14. I received my VIN# yesterday, but no date. Today I inquired again, July 19th!
  15. Ice capades, I've been assigned a VIN#, but no production date (when I called). Is that a normal scenario? Just curious, Thanks!
  16. Well, just called the Ford marketing number. I was given my VIN#, but the gal didn't have a production date to give me.... thought that was weird. I was under the impression that once a VIN# is generated, that a production date is also generated?? I do have a priority code 10 (for what that's worth) Patience grasshopper ?
  17. Where can this order code and sales code be found? Thanks!
  18. By "Plan" orders, do you mean X-Plan orders? Thanks!
  19. The window sticker for my 2016 Ram had, "This vehicle was especially built for (my name)" printed at the top. Does Ford do this on the window stickers of its retail orders?
  20. Ice capades, Thank you for your continued effort to provide us anxious buyers with updated scheduling, production, and other general information regarding Fords processes. I for one, really appreciate your commitment to the forum! ?
  21. From what I've gathered in this forum (someone please correct me if I'm wrong) they don't start scheduling retail orders until after 5 consecutive days of zero defect production after the start of Job #1. I believe the last posted KTP Job #1 start date is 7/9. That start date was posted last Monday the 24th.
  22. With any luck, the stock orders (not retail) actually did start to schedule today, as was last indicated by Ice-Capades. If that did indeed happen, that would finally be a step in the right direction ? Fingers crossed....
