Ordered 8/5, 250 CCSB, Lariat, ultimate and Chrome package ,7.3L, dropped spray in liner and tonneau cover from order on 9/2, Got VIN#. On 9/24, started build 10/8, shipped 10/12, delivered to dealer today 10/14, plan to bring home tomorrow

Hi, I believe my new F250 is just going to fit inside my garage but have heard that the antenna on the front of the truck is taller than the roof and the rear GPS "blocks" on the rear of the roof. My worry is that every time I go on and out of the garage the front antenna is going to scrape the garage door which isn't the end of the world but would be more annoying than ever. I may want to replace that antenna with a shorter one but haven''t found one I like. I really don't like the super short stubby ones (insert joke) ? Has anyone had to replace with an antenna they like? Thanks in advance.

I did. I believe you have to as part of the COVP, but I could be mistaken. My dealer did not require any money down either.

Also have a build week of Oct. 4. Dealer sent me the Vin# and date. I haven’t seen anything change yet but will let you know if I do. Good luck

Ordered August 5th. Got an email from my salesman this afternoon with a Vin # and tentative build week of October 4th. Removed spray in bedliner and tonneau cover a couple of weeks ago. Excited!

I was ready to put a deposit down when I went in and ordered, but my dealer said they weren’t taking any deposits on orders. not sure if that’s good or bad, I moved up from priority 17 to 16 at the dealer when I dropped the spray in bedliner and tonneau cover ??.

Dropping the bedliner should help, but I hope you have a plan B if you absolutely need this truck at the beginning of when the snow flys in Maine. Best of luck to you. I ordered mine about 5 weeks ago, nothing yet, but I didn’t expect anything for at least another month or two.

I contacted my sales guy this morning and removed the spray in bedliner and tonneau cover. Easy aftermarket things I can add when I get my truck.

Went to the dealer today and ordered my F250 Lariat, 4x4, CC, Star White, Ultimate and Chrome package. The dealer knew all about the COVP. Entered my info while sitting there. Will see how the communication goes over the next few months, but so far I'm happy with the process. Should be a nice Christmas present! ? Thank you everyone on here for all the information. It made my options choices easier with all the information and ideas on here. For now I'll keep dreaming of my truck watching everyone get their truck.

Now that I've read this thread, I am second guessing which cover to get or should I go with after market. I had planned on getting the hard folding cover when I ordered my truck next week. Has anyone had any experience with the last few model years with this cover?

Honestly, as a former diesel mechanic I don’t want to look at a Diesel engine ever again ?

Hi, Looking at options for a 2022 F250 Lariat. I have a question about one of the options, Is the only backup camera option the ultimate trailer tow camera system or does a "normal" back up camera come standard on the Lariat? Just trying to see if I can justify spending $1700 for back up camera system. I know they have the CHMSL camera, but that seems to be just to view the box. Thank you for your time.
