  1. Ordered 7/7 Delivered 8/27 Received a lot sooner than I expected. Thank you for the service you provide to the Ford community.
  2. Hmmm. I never bothered after the dealer told me they wouldn’t work and if I tried to “force” the window up, the warranty would void. Which I think is a general response to any scenario where they are unsure of the answer. ??‍♂️
  3. 2018 F-150 with 57K on the odometer. I use it to tow a boat (~7500#-8000#). Haven't had a single issue out of it, runs just as good as the day it was new.
  4. 2022 F-250 Superduty Lariat 6.7 Order #: R562 VIN # : 1FT7W2BT5NEC43202 Thanks in advance for your time providing this information.
  5. I've heard a few stories where customers thought they ordered an option and the dealer "forgot" to list it in the build. Another one was a customer called to make a change to his order and the dealer mistakenly changed the wrong thing. I know i will be going over this truck with a fine tooth comb when it gets here.
  6. Must have is a bed cover, I have the BakFlip MX4. I also like a rubber mat in the bed even with a spray in liner. On older vehicles I always did the window deflectors/rain guards. With the newer vehicles, with the window sensors you can't do the in-channel guards and I refuse to tape anything to the paint.
  7. Local dealer I deal with keeps all retail orders in a separate area on the lot away from all the traffic. It's nice that they do this so you don't need to worry about things such as this, which have crossed my mind.
  8. Mostly our 23' Crownline boat, 22' trailer with a Bobcat T770 and implements, and a John Deere 4052M tractor. Also tow the occasional trailer load of logs/wood.
  9. I've never really felt like I was bothering the salesman with my endless and repeated calls/texts regarding my order. Guess it helps when my father is the salesman. The management team has been great about answering any questions to let me know the status of my build too.
  10. Local dealer has many used trucks in the 30K-40K mileage range and they are still asking $70k+. That's the main reason I decided to order a new one and wait.
  11. Two car seats and a dog. They have done a really nice job at keeping that backseat looking new. If I remember correctly, the cost was around $250-$300.
  12. I have the Covercraft seat covers in my F150. They are snug fitting and waterproof.
  13. I ordered on 7/7 and had VIN and production week of 8/23 sent to me on 7/20. Dealer I ordered from is a high volume dealer, not sure if that matters.
  14. From what I have seen on the two 2022's I have seen so far, the quality is comparable to the local Line-X. I opted for the factory spray just so I didn't have to deal with scheduling after I received it.
  15. I have the BAK MX4 on my F150. Going into year 3 and it still works great and looks great as well. Keeps the bed nice and dry even in heavy rain. It is not permanently attached and is able to be removed in 10-15 minutes.
  16. I was initially looking at a 2018/2019 F250/F350 until I saw the prices. Once I realized I could get a new one cheaper with D-Plan, that is the route I decided to take. I do hope the used car market value holds true until I am able to trade in the wife's Explorer when the new one arrives hopefully in the beginning/middle of September.
  17. Dealer I went through said they would be more than happy if I canceled. It would give them that truck and it doesn't count toward their allocation from Ford. With the market right now and everything selling before they even take delivery, I could see why many wouldn't be too upset.
  18. I ordered a F250 Lariat on 7/7 and received the confirmation within 20 minutes. A couple weeks went by and I called the Ford Marketing number and they gave me a VIN. The next day I received an email stating I had a build week of 8/23. Hopefully it stays on track and I find out a little more the closer we get.
