I could be wrong but I would think that recent events at the border crossings may have had something to do with parts not getting to where they need to be. Just guessing. It must be a nightmare coordinating all the assembly problems. Not having one part for a load of trucks so they have to build others that have less. Then parts come in and trucks get built from months old orders as well as recent orders. It’s not like 10 trucks are built at a time. That would be easy.

Did you sign a sales order with the purchase price, including taxes and trade in/ deposit? Also a build sheet with all options and pricing when you ordered the truck? That is what you pay if you did this and kept copies

I have had the rain sensing wipers on my 15 f150 and am familiar with the operation. settings are all on as they should be. what i am thinking is maybe the sensor is not plugged in after a little more research. i will take the cover off behind the rear view mirror and check that next.

My wife has a 2020 edge ST. The rain sensing wipers don't work on auto. manual all works as it should. 'Took it to the dealer and they said they fixed it but it still does not work. I should have had them test while she was there to confirm. Has anyone had this issue and what was the fix..these dealer drive me crazy with the incompetence.

I did fix my sons 18 focus moon roof. it was leaking into the front footwell drivers side. There are tubes connected to the drain on the gutter around the moonroof that run down the pillar next to the windshield. I found that the tubing wasnt connected. you will have to take the trim off on the inside to inspect, was an easy fix and took less than an hour

i was emailed 3 forms after sending a picture of my DL internet worksheet with all pricing itemized preview order for the truck with all options Order verification form I signed all 3 and emailed back Everything looked good I electronically sent a deposit Before i had the deposit sent, i had a confirmation email from Ford Couldnt have been any easier. I think the rest of the transaction will be the same.

I am dealing with a dealership in Orlando Fl. Ordered on 1/17. I had my build all ready, sent it to the internet salesguy and within hours via text and email the deal was done with D-plan, papers signed, deposit made and order email from ford was sent to me. The salesman was highly recommended and so far it has been a pleasant experience. I have texted him with questions and has answered promptly. It's too bad my local dealer in Wis wanted to add $3000 to my D plan pricing. even after i have purchased 9 vehicles from them in the last 30 years. i will not deal with them for various other reasons even though they are a block from my house, I am very easy to deal with until they try to charge my wife $100 to make an extra key for her 2007 mustang that they sent a high school kid over to the hardware store to make...just a regular key. They have missed out on the sale of an ST edge and now the SD.. I really dont mind flying to orlando to pick up my truck if the dealer is straight up with me. i just want a hassle free buying experience.

I installed led bulbs in my '18 f250 to replace the stock halogen bulbs and it was about a $50 upgrade. I put the same bulbs in my snowbobile and my wifes mustang..look on amazon. You can switch out pretty much all your bulbs.

Well I'm not giving up.... I am patiently waiting until July 25th to come. I hope the market is good for my '18 f250 at that time..unless the wife starts a third job to save more money...after all she waists her time sleepin all night..could be working at Kwik Trip..the are open 24hours

Forescan as mentioned above can be a little intimidating at first but once you get the system down it is easy to change things like having fog lights stay on with brights. Turning double honk off. Changing how many times your blinker blinks for changing lanes. Turning off seat belt chime. Tilting power mirror down when in reverse. And loads of other things

I know the shortages of products are real. I own a retail business and for a year it’s been backorders but is actually getting better. What I don’t understand is why is a dealership is able to sell 5th wheel prep parts as in another post on this site. Makes no sense if this is accurate info. auto locking hubs quit working last week on an f150 under warranty. Dealer stated they can’t order them. On a parts hold or something. Our local parts store could get a set of aftermarket hubs from Kentucky. Said that was the only set they could find. Dealer ordered them and are hoping to get reimbursed by ford. Crazy stuff going on and we all have to accept this and be patient. There are no trucks on the lots around here. Everything is being ordered by peeps who want a truck. Hi guys I just joined the Blue Oval. Been lurking ever since I ordered a 350 dually to replace my f250..ordered on 1/17 and got my confirmation before I signed the papers. looking forward to the dually...my 250 is a great truck but the new truck camper is a tad bit heavy.. I live in Wisconsin but ordered from the ford dealer in orlando fl. where my son is a mechanic. I submitted my build to a local dealer and they honored my d plan but wanted an extra $3000.. so it looks like we will have to go visit the kids and pick up the truck after he rides around town with it for a bit..
