I am guessing it will go back to $500 but who knows. You could ask your dealer if they would honor it even if it’s expired. Worst they can do is say no!

Heads up for military/vet types: looks like Ford has upped the military cash reward from $500 to $1,000, but only through July 5th. I already had a certificate for the $500 but just registered for the $1,000 as well. I’m guessing you can’t combine them, but I will give it a shot when I take delivery.

Got a text from my dealer shortly after posting. Says it’s scheduled to start Sunday the 19th. Is it normal to get scheduled for a Sunday?

Got the scheduled email this morning. ordered/confirmed 01FEB Scheduled to 13JUN 250 Lariat ultimate/7.3/tremor/BAP/winch etc.

I want to throw a hypothetical out there. I will caveat this by saying I fully intend to take delivery of my truck when it comes, but is there anything preventing someone from placing an order with a dealer and then essentially selling that order to them rather than take delivery? For example, customer places a retail order at msrp. Dealer knows they could sell the ordered truck for 10k above msrp. Could the customer say, “hey I’ll walk away if you cut me a check for 5k.” Dealer makes 5k and customer make 5k for essentially doing nothing. Again, strictly asking out of curiosity. I am sure you could sell on the private market for a larger profit anyway.

As a millennial that drives stick I am definitely in the minority. Had a mustang gt with a 5 speed manual back when I was a single guy with no kids. Definitely miss that car. I will confess to never having the pleasure of driving the three on the tree. they say a manual is the best theft prevention device you can have in a vehicle these days.

Selectable locker in the front. Honestly kind of surprised that isn’t a thing with the tremor. I feel like it would’ve been a no brainer, but maybe there is some advantage to the current front end that I can’t think of. manual would also just be plain fun!

I am a fan of spray in. Had line x on my last truck and it was great. Really no complaints at all from it. I have the factory spray in on my order with the black appearance package. Hoping it’s quality is at least similar to line x.

2016 GMC Canyon with about 125k and climbing. Had to settle for a midsize while living in the city for a few years due to space, but have recently moved and have more space. Also I need to be able to put car seats behind me without cramping up front. Ordered a F-250 Lariat Tremor.

Supposedly that email went out to all ford customers with outstanding orders. So I don’t think there is much significance. Not much help, but maybe it’s them trying to communicate on some level which I think is a step in the right direction.

Planning on writing a check after my trade in of only be 15-20k depending on how many miles I put on it between now and then.

I don’t have either. 250 7.3 lariat tremor, star white, ultimate, BAP, UTT, winch, upfitters, garage opener. Ordered and confirmed 1FEB. Nothing else until this spam email.

Has anyone had luck adding the BAP without the bedliner. I know it is on the build and price tool, but haven’t heard of anyone being able to get it yet.

I also received the email. First one since confirmation when I ordered 01FEB. Hoping it isn’t a bad sign.

Maybe this is a stupid question, but is there an easy way to isolate one battery if you want to use it at camp or something while the truck is off without running the risk of draining both and not being able to start? It would be nice to be able to do that but still tie them back together when the truck is running for heavy electrical load demands. I am not an electrical engineer, but do understand series vs parallel etc. I am getting the winch and dual batt/alts on my 7.3 order if it ever gets built. thanks!
