I guess Toyota will have the last laugh! :hysterical: did you change your name Tommyboy? Actually, Civic outsold the Crapolla in January 08. And for 2007, Civic had higher retail sales than the Crapolla. Toyota has turned the Crapolla into a rental fleet queen.

tommy8768
I never said Honda WASN'T better than Toyota.....I think Hondas are better actually. I just think they're both better than Ford thats all. I also saw PLENTY of windows break and fall off tracks when I worked at Ford.

Pretty much NONE of those cars end up in fleets. Take away Matrix sales and they are about even. Hmmm.....

He called me an idiot and i called him slow. Seems pretty even to me. Let me guess, you are active in the union huh? The same dinosaur of a union that has almost ruined every American car company because of their irrational demands and inflexibility? Yeah, i thought so.......................... blazerdude20
the corolla is a perfectly nice little car, it does its job point a to point b. same thing the base civic does. i think where honda has a big advantage is in the si vs xrs. for pretty much the same price you can get a 197hp si (2.0l) or a 158hp xrs(2.4l). honda sells alot of those si'. The difference is that the Civic drives like a solid, good handling car (kind of like the Focus), while the Corolla drives like a compact Japanese rendition of a 1985 Buick. Kind of like the Camry.
