DON'T get all shitty and listen the bid that was up 3 or4 months ago for 500 production 27 different plants you with out a doubt would of got a bid there was no dtp or woodhaven or livonia

you are exactly right, Joel did screw us on the last set of bids that came up, he did not want the chairman from Ypsi and the committee people to come over before elections. He did not want anyone to run against him that could split the vote. That is why he allowed tlo's instead of putting people in GEN. Even now he is making decision that are not in keeping with the National agreement.

following me off a cliff? don't think thats where i'm headed. i think for myself, i don't listen to people on here or in the plant, if i did.. i would've thought the plant was closing from the day i hired in.. it's funny to me though that all the plant closing rumors, joels an asshole statements i've ever heard seem to originate from trades, not all but most.

i don't want or need joel to hold my hand and tell me it will be ok. I dont need meetings and letters to make me feel better, i do my job and that's all i can do. i'm not going to blame the chairman for every little thing that happens in the plant and in my life. i dont think he's as bad as he's made out to be, he's human and makes mistakes sure, he has a difficult job and i think he does the best he can given the state of the plant/company/economy.
