McCain Will continue to endorse and give tax breaks to Companies who ship our jobs overseas. Will continue to be a good ole boy and give tax breaks to the rich (over $250,000 per year salary). Will continue the war with Iraq until we find those Nukes. Will not increase aid to our returning and injured soldiers Will not increase troops in Afghanistan where the real terrorist plan attacks. Will continue to let illegal’s take our jobs and undermine the legal working class. Will expand worker visas to continue to drive down American wages Will continue to fight increases in minimum wage. Will continue to give huge tax subsidies to oil companies. Will continue to defend oil companies. WILL SIGN THE SOUTH KOREAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Good bye big three autoworkers). Will continue to try and get rid of social security. Will continue to pander to insurance and pharmaceutical companies and ignore cries for national health care Will continue Bush’s agenda and get rid of overtime. Will continue to ignore the federal budget deficit which is around 3 trillion now! Will continue to ignore useful data like the ever increasing trade deficit. Obama Will not raise taxes if you make fewer than 250,000 per year. Will fix Nafta Will veto the South Korean free trade agreement (US autoworkers jobs saved) Will increase aid to our returning troops. Will cut worker visas in half Will continue to get all minimum wage Americans to a real living wage Cut tax breaks and oil subsidies to oil companies Will embrace and fix social security Will have an exit strategy and pull out of Iraq NATIONAL HEALTH CARE (easy to fund, just as easy to fund as a 2.5 trillion dollar war) Does not choke on the word "Union" or "collective bargaining" Will not even discuss taking away our overtime. Make a fair playing field on trade and this will fix our trade deficit. Stop our jobs from going overseas which will fix our federal budget. It makes me laugh inside when I read these forums and everyone complains about concessions and give aways when all you have to do is look at your President and wonder why the US auto companies are hurting. The company and unions can not compete with Chinese, Mexican and South Korean wages. The Republicans don't give a s#@t about working people. OMG
Bigotry! It wouldn't matter if Obama promised us all new homes, debt forgiveness or anything else, many people simply will not vote for a black man. We live in one fucked up society! you know it, this was passed along to me and i would like to share it with all don't get pissed at me i'm simply the messenger. White Privilege White privilege is when you can get pregnant at seventeen like Bristol Palin and everyone is quick to insist that your life and that of your family is a personal matter, and that no one has a right to judge you or your parents, because 'every family has challenges,' even as black and Latino families with similar 'challenges' are regularly typified as irresponsible, pathological and arbiters of social decay. White privilege is when you can call yourself a 'fu***n' redneck,' like Bristol Palin's boyfriend does, and talk about how if anyone messes with you, you'll 'kick their fu**n' ass,' and talk about how you like to 'shoot shit' for fun, and still be viewed as a responsible, all-American boy (and a great son-in-law to be) rather than a thug. White privilege is when you can attend four different colleges in six years like Sarah Palin did (one of which you basically failed out of, then returned to after making up some coursework at a community college), and no one questions your intelligence or commitment to achievement, whereas a person of color who did this would be viewed as unfit for college, and probably someone who only got in the first place because of affirmative action. White privilege is when you can claim that being mayor of a town smaller than most medium-sized colleges, and then Governor of a state with about the same number of people as the lower fifth of the island of Manhattan, makes you ready to potentially be president, and people don't all piss on themselves with laughter, while being a black U.S. Senator, two-term state Senator, and constitutional law scholar, means you're 'untested’. White privilege is being able to say that you support the words 'under God' in the pledge of allegiance because 'if it was good enough for the founding fathers, it's good enough for me,' and not be immediately disqualified from holding office--since, after all, the pledge was written in the late 1800s and the 'under God' part wasn't added until the 1950s--while believing that reading accused criminals and terrorists their rights (because, ya know, the Constitution, which you used to teach at a prestigious law school requires it), is a dangerous and silly idea only supported by mushy liberals. White privilege is being able to be a gun enthusiast and not make people immediately scared of you. White privilege is being able to have a husband who was a member of an extremist political party that wants your state to secede from the Union, and whose motto was 'Alaska first,' and no one questions your patriotism or that of your family, while if you're black and your spouse merely fails to come to a 9/11 memorial so she can be home with her kids on the first day of school, people immediately think she's being disrespectful. White privilege is being able to make fun of community organizers and the work they do--like, among other things, fight for the right of women to vote, or for civil rights, or the 8-hour workday, or an end to child labor--and people think you're being pithy and tough, but if you merely question the experience of a small town mayor and 18-month governor with no foreign policy expertise beyond a class she took in college--you're somehow being mean, or even sexist. White privilege is being able to convince white women who don't even agree with you on any substantive issue to vote for you and your running mate anyway, because all of a sudden your presence on the ticket has inspired confidence in these same white women, and made them give your party a 'second look. ' White privilege is being able to fire people who didn't support your political campaigns and not be accused of abusing your power or being a typical politician who engages in favoritism, while being black and merely knowing some folks from the old-line political machines in Chicago means you must be corrupt. White privilege is being able to attend churches over the years whose pastors say that people who voted for John Kerry or merely criticize George W. Bush are going to hell, and that the U.S. is an explicitly Christian nation and the job of Christians is to bring Christian theological principles into government, and who bring in speakers who say the conflict in the Middle East is God's punishment on Jews for rejecting Jesus, and everyone can still think you're just a good church-going Christian, but if you're black and friends with a black pastor who has noted (as have Colin Powell and the U.S. Department of Defense) that terrorist attacks are often the result of U.S. foreign policy and who talks about the history of racism and its effect on black people, you're an extremist who probably hates America. White privilege is not knowing what the Bush Doctrine is when asked by a reporter, and then people get angry at the reporter for asking you such a 'trick question,' while being black and merely refusing to give one-word answers to the queries of Bill O'Reilly means you're dodging the question, or trying to seem overly intellectual and nuanced. White privilege is being able to claim your experience as a POW has anything at all to do with your fitness for president, while being black and experiencing racism is, as Sarah Palin has referred to it a 'light' burden. And finally, white privilege is the only thing that could possibly allow someone to become president when he has voted with George W. Bush 90 percent of the time, even as unemployment is skyrocketing, people are losing their homes, inflation is rising, and the U.S. is increasingly isolated from world opinion, just because white voters aren't > sure about that whole 'change' thing. Ya know, it's just too vague and ill-defined, unlike, say, four more years of the same, which is very concrete and certain. White privilege is, in short, the problem. Here is my answer to that....................and P.S. This was said by a BLACK man.................Mr. Bill Cosby They’re standing on the corner and they can’t speak English. I can’t even talk the way these people talk: Why you ain’t, Where you is, What he drive, Where he stay, Where he work, Who you be… And I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk. When I post this topic i didnt want race to be involved at all. Support the guy who support you. Amazing, all these folks here who want to vote for McCain now know he doesnt buy ford cars or trucks and brags on honda and toyota and you still want to vote for this guy? Go ahead and cut your own throat and be dumb. The other guy owns a ford and you say f-ck him im not going to support him but yet he supports you. People, Obama is more like the middle class than McCain. Obama has 1 car and a house, McCain has 13 cars and 7 to 9 houses. Does anyone here has that many cars and house? If so then why are you working at ford? Maybe race does play a huge factor in this election dont forget Obama is half white, raise by his white grandparents. Once again supports the guys who supports you

Skilled1
Anyone on this site who is supposed to be an Employee whether Hourly or Salary must look at what each candidate will do. Elect another Republican and watch this contry go into a deep ressesion. Dont even talk about guns, abortion or gays..............Those issues hide what the Republicans really want and that is to keep you uneducated on the real issues stated above. God bless OBAMA............. You see it is simple as stated above... Dont even talk about guns, abortion or gays..............Those issues hide what the Republicans really want and that is to keep you uneducated on the real issues stated above. Now the issue turned to race............We are quick to be lured away by "non issues" that divide us. It is all part of the Republican agenda. Stick to the issues and the choice is clear, Obama has our best interests hands down.
Raws41900
Obama Will not raise taxes if you make fewer than 250,000 per year. believe it when i see it Will fix Nafta. again, believe it when i see it. Will continue to get all minimum wage Americans to a real living wage - how is that going to effect everyone? besides making the price of things go up to pay for the higher wages. Cut tax breaks and oil subsidies to oil companies - again i see the costs being pushed on the consumer Will embrace and fix social security - believe it when i see it. Will have an exit strategy and pull out of Iraq - will have? doesnt yet? NATIONAL HEALTH CARE (easy to fund, just as easy to fund as a 2.5 trillion dollar war) - stupid idea.. ask people in canada or any other country with national health care.. the service blows, heart surgery? yeah we'll get back to you in a couple months.. Will not even discuss taking away our overtime. - ? Make a fair playing field on trade and this will fix our trade deficit. - again believe that when i see it. Stop our jobs from going overseas which will fix our federal budget. - see above i'm not trying to bash obama but you guys make it sound like he is our savior.. and he's going to fix everything within 4-8 years. anyone can talk a good talk.. havent you guys been around during local elections at the plant? Your wright to a point all politician's run on promises including McCain, but as everyones favorite Republican Ronald Reagan said are you better off today than you were four years ago, and we all know what the last eight have been like and if McCain is so much different than the rest of them in D.C. how come there trying so hard to get him elected why didn't they push harder for one of the others in the primaries maybe because most were lame ducks. and I'm not trying to bash McCain but the the man I once knew and admired, is no longer the man that use to go against party rules now he just agrees with them and follows suit. and as far as what you say, believe it when i see it, you'll never know if he's never elected

So back to the point your going to vote for a guy who drives a Ford escape you don't think his PR people set that up? to gain votes from the blue collar workers . What did he drive before his escape? Also didn't alan our fearless leader have a lexus on order before he was hired by us? I say God Bless America and fuck the 2 jackasses running regardless who gets in we are all screwed! rogerrabbit
Newsweek article published on the magazine's Web Site Sunday said registration records show the McCains currently own 13 cars — two of which are foreign-made: a Honda and a Volkswagen. That appears to contradict the Republican presidential nominee's past statements he only buys cars made in America. (Cindy McCain also drives a Lexus and daughter Meghan owns a Toyota Prius, but neither are registered to the McCains.) Newsweek also reported Barack Obama owns one car: a Ford Escape Hybrid. Now go ahead vote for the guy who doesnt even buy ford who could care less about your How many of your neighbors own a foreign car ,because americas are stupid you never see a japenese driving a american can ,because they are loyal to their counrtry!
