I think Renault would be better off pushing its own vehicles out through the Nissan dealer network if it really wants to get back into the U.S. market that badly. Geely and Saab might make an interesting fit actually. Geely seems to have that quirkiness that Saab customers appear to be so attracted to. The fact that these could very well end up as no-cash deals for GM speaks to how poor a shape they are really in these days. Anything to dump brands and liabilities.
