People get ready......Wisconsin is just the beginning of the struggle. Most folk's in this country think we have to much and are getting ready to lower our standard of living. We need to stand up and let them know their wrong . Equal sacrifice is the only way out of this fiscal (fecal) mess.

Is there any way to invite a news reporter from the paper or TV and let them work the line for one whole week to see how people realy work? I don't think people realy know how hard the work realy is. They need to be told by a third party who has been there. Bring this up to your union.

Company will NEVER allow it. it would put a better light on the UAW, and that is something they definatly do not want to happen, especially in a contract year.

Thats the last thing you want, look at all the people that come back from the Ford Tour that watch people work from catwalks, anyone that goes there and sees how easy those guys have it, first thing out of their mouths is they work harder at their job than those overpayed workers on the line for half the pay. A reporter would go there, than go to another shop where people make less, or a plastic factory where the machine cycles every 34 seconds and they gotta trim 16 hot parts and put them in the box before the next cycle, all for minimun wage. We could not defend our jobs with footage like that.

We need to stand up and defend our Union Brothers so they don't loose their collective bargaining rights, this is contract year, and if they loose collective bargaining, we WILL be next.

where do the packers stand on this issue. they are union and should stand beside teachers and other union members . they could make a big statement if they would stand up and go public on this issue.

The Packers have supported the unions in Wisconsin
