And if you are on a temp assignment why would you think you are going stay at that plant? You knew going in that at some point you'd be going somewhere else. And again ford wants outta thee parts business why would they want to pay people 30 bucks an hour when 100's of not 1000's would jump at the chance to work for 14 an hour @ a parts plant?
