Headlight Removal - Suggestions?

So many of the newer models require a complete removal of the bumper, grill, and sometimes engine covers to get to the headlight bulb. Many times at my work we have to turn these cars away and send them to the dealer to just have a headlight bulb replaced. In some cases, there are plastic push grommits that have to be replaced that we don't carry...or the trim will fall off! We learned that one the hard way a few years ago. Sigh, I'm glad, for now until she dies, that I can replace both bulbs in my Protege in about 3 minutes. No disassemble required! For those who want to tackle this on his or her own...beware. Get a schematic of the front end of the car...you may not have to take apart as much as you thought (or a lot more than you thought). Good luck and God bless!
